About Jefferson Hills Lawn & Equipment - Jefferson Hills, PA

Jefferson Hills Lawn Equipment opened officially in 1985 by Harry Anton, Sr. While working at ASKO in Homestead, Harry liked to fix mowers in the upstairs of Voss TV. While on strike again from the mill, Harry decided to put all his attention in making his hobby into his career. Together, with the support of his wife Donna and their 4 children, Harry opened his own store in a tiny building that we call "the little building." In 1989, Pat Prosser married Harry's daughter Carrie and started working at the store. Business was booming and they purchased the then gas station and opened up shop in a larger building next store. In 1998, son Tom came to work full time. They worked hard to expand and take on new lines of equipment both consumer and commercial, featuring the industry's best, and number one selling brand in the industry, Exmark. The store remodeled in 2004 and expanded to a larger repair center, expanded parts department, and an equipment-filled showroom. We continue to maintain a customer friendly atmosphere and educated working staff. Through the years we have maintained the family atmosphere and take pride that this store is a place that even our children are a part of. We look forward to helping you out with all your outdoor power equipment needs.
