36" Rotary Broom
Whether it’s cleaning up grass clippings, removing snow or anything in between, Exmark’s® walk-behind rotary broom is one well-sorted machine. The patented power steering system makes it extremely easy to maneuver. The 36-inch-wide brush (25-inch outer diameter) is specifically designed to minimize surface impact—perfect for snow and ice removal customers who want sidewalks and driveways cleared down to the surface without damage. And simple adjusters let you easily set precise broom heights. But perhaps best of all, it’s an Exmark. So you know it’s built to last…season after season.
The Vantage X-Series has yet another advantage over the competition. It now
features our patented Enhanced Control System (ECS) for unmatched, day-long
operator comfort. This in addition to all the great features currently found on our X-Series, including the angled operator platform for hillside comfort, patented Mechanical Control System and, of course, the famous Exmark® cut. Plus, in addition to a rugged Kawasaki® V-Twin engine, there are available Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) options via Kohler’s® ECV730 and 740 engines.
Don’t let its size fool you. Our new Commercial 30 mower is deceptively light
and easy to maneuver. In fact, it feels and handles much like its Commercial 21 counterparts, incorporating a single-speed transmission and our patented front-height adjusters. The major difference: its 30-inch cut delivers up to a 40% increase in cutting efficiency compared to a standard 21-inch mower—without wearing out the machine or its operator.
ULTRACUT REAR-DISCHARGE DECK
The new rear discharge deck is available on the 2013 Lazer® Z DS-Series diesel-powered zero-turn riding mower, in 60- and 72-inch cutting widths. The rear-discharge deck gives operators a number of important benefits, including increased clipping control, the ability to trim on both sides of the deck with superior finished cut quality, and quieter operation. The heavy-duty fabricated, welded deck construction features durable molded bumpers and Exmark’s Series 6 spindles to provide years of commercial durability in tough mowing conditions.
LAZER Z NEW SEATING SYSTEM
Only so much comfort can be derived using conventional padding and springs for mower seats. It soon becomes obvious—sometimes painfully so—that improving operator comfort requires approaching the problem from a scientific point of view. So, that’s exactly what our engineers did. We dove deep into the science of ergonomics. We considered the effective seating tensile range. Employed pressure mapping to pinpoint problem areas. We even calculated the fatigue factor associated with vertical versus lateral motion. In other words, we became experts in the science of operator comfort. And then we applied it. The result is the next major step in the evolution of mower comfort—the new Lazer Z® seating system.
RED, Onboard Intelligence Platform
This addition to EFI and E-Gov helps optimize machine life, maximize productivity and dramatically increase fuel efficiency. It enables communication and response between key systems on your mower. Defined operation Modes Engine speed is controlled by a three-position rocker switch that enables operator to match power for specific mowing conditions. Efficient offers peak performance power with reduced fuel consumption, emissions, noise, and overall wear on the machine. Max provides power exceeding todays units for operating in demanding conditions. Low is for operating in wet conditions and helps reduce deck packing for a superior cut.
