Dealer Requirements and Reimbursement Process
- Dealers will be reimbursed as indicated on the 2012 Program Rebate List in your
Dealer Business Growth Manual
- Dealer must submit claim on Association Partner Reimbursement Claim Form (MR804)
on the page to follow along with
- Copy of invoice to association member showing 5% discount
- Copy of active membership card/certificate provided by purchaser
- Claim must be received by Exmark Marketing Program Claims no later than 60-days
from end user purchase date. All claims beyond this time period will be rejected
- Dealer must register products online
- Unit(s) must be paid of floor plan
