• Sales of qualified Exmark mowers to association members for the period of 1/1/2012 through 12/31/2012 will be awarded a 2% rebate to the association’s corporate office
• Associations that have agreed to exclusive partner arrangement will be entitled to the below volume rebates in addition to the published 2% rebate based on member purchases.
• Less than $499,999 = 0%
• $500,000 - $999,999 = .5%
• $1,000,000+ = 1%
• Association volumes will be calculated at net mower(s) purchase price (after 5% discount) less taxes multiplied by 2%
• Association rebates will be paid to the association office via check on a quarterly basis based on member activity for that given quarter
• Additional volume rebates (.5% or 1%) will be paid in December of 2012
• Sales to association members that purchase on Exmark’s Reduced Fleet Point or Standard Fleet Support Program will not count towards 2% or additional volume rebates back to the partner association

Exmark and our Distributors reserve the right to discontinue its partnership with a given association at anytime resulting in the removal of any discounts and or offers extended to its members.
